Just about three months ago, I sat at a black desk in the Rutgers University-Paul Robeson Library reading the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King's final book – The Trumpet of Conscience – thinking about the relevance of the Nobel Prize and the historical merit that the Obama Presidency now represents, pondering whether I should write a post commending President Obama for his contribution (and assignation) to Black History Month this year. As I was so forcibly struck by the obvious lamentation that is “The Contradiction of the Generic American Personality against the doubt of whether our current Democratic Government now feels obliged to be as transparent as they originally planned,” even though the prospect that any (or perhaps all an) American Presidency was masterminded by just one or two versus two hundred makes for quite an excitable political theater. Yet the President’s snowy appeal to his Black Civil Rights constituents or even Jon Edwards cowardly half admission (non-paternal in nature but ‘typical politico’ and “typical egoist male” in its appeal and syndrome) from up under a roof in quake-ravaged Haiti two weeks prior are enough to clarify “the problem with Pennsylvania Avenue” with calculable precision (to pit two extremes). Were it not enough to manifest due concert of an American Utilitarian Conscription, let me be precisely clear that “none of the language included in its cover/body do/shall convey racial or ethnic statistics” of any sort whether or not they be relevant to a deterrent over-politicalization of the propagandized nuclear populace. It is not specifically a ‘minority’ agenda or an “anti-minority” agenda even if its function would become ethnocentric (ethnic herein defined as: non-white, or possibly white: ref: A Dictionary of Euphemisms & Other Doubletalk – Rawson), as these are preexisting functions of demographics in all localities. What is relevant to its implementation is representation; the unequivocal representation that met constitutionality! That means – “those individuals who most constitute provincialism to the programs and its participants,” not just those “best-qualified” as that has become no more than a term of gross, illegal discrimination to America’s debilitated sense of quality and process. Additionally, the agenda must equally reinforce working progressions of Workplace Discrimination laws, deconstruction of the fear/hatred associated with the Employability Training and Continuing Education programs of the welfare system and reciprocal definition between welfare’s relationships to the salaries of elected officials. But these are secondary concerns with respect to ameliorating American ‘Anti-Discrimination’ deficiencies.
The primary problem is this: America has become economically restricted to a generic contradiction as a result of the quasi-administration of constitutional amendments in due process. This means that all existing solutions to American problems, whether they are stimulus, programmatic, provisional or providential are derivative? Which is precisely why so many Americans find themselves viciously and continuously manipulated in and out of this imaginary contraction which we have coined Democracy. It begins right in our nationalized curriculum and is perpetrated by clearly defined, yet totally deceptive and explicit propaganda. The Devil himself could not ask for a greater contradiction; “No, no, no…,” pines his yahoo of an advocate, like the most annoying/clandestine pop-up bug ever, “See……America is the place where God is gonna’ be resurrected!” And every good word and deed humankind has ever exercised in the name of Self-Righteousness (see the Al Sharpton coda) and Immortality…and of God’s Country is seemingly under the digital and Dewey decimal pressure of being undone. And so what is the purpose of God’s return; is it a happy one, or do he and the devil have it out again? Regardless, I think a bit of foresight is manifestly required to leave the certain respite of America’s First Black President liberally interpreted with whole regard.
[The next passage (which has been optioned out) would have gone on to define the several and detailed limitations of the Obama Presidency first term due the repulsive, yet recurrent issues of Scapegoat Racism, Affirmative Action Backlash, Workplace Discrimination, and other Illegal Discrimination which have become routine practice. “Consider that there are only three possible scenarios to the end of President Obama’s 2008 presidential term, in his own thoughts and words:”…was deemed an entire delimitation of the President and his task and with respect to the role that the American Utilitarian Conscription should and would play in economic/socioeconomic recovery. Additionally, let it be perfectly clear, here more than any other place, that a utilitarian conscription is likely to be the most misinterpreted logic of economics/socioeconomics by the American Government of quasi-nationals (re specifically the imports and the secretive and subconscious fascists.) Even considered in its element as 17th century justus bellum – “the greater good” and the “principle of goodness served” is inherently limited in the philology of the reference to utilitarianism, but further, is limited by the socio-empirical reality of the world at judgment. Which is to say… “a reference to utility in times of illegal/immoral slavery, is a stance against slavery…” regardless of its legitimacy. So instead I have chosen to reduce this contradiction (which is humankinds greatest flaw) into a treaty I have entitled:]
Progress and Reciprocity
Chief to Modern Discrimination is Social Mania…Every human civilization participates (past, present & future) is Socialism (or some similarly defined hierarchy) and Capitalism (or some material/objective based economy), and relentlessly at rates higher than any other form of social economy. The Game in this society is to act as if – or to prove, when given ample time – you are the more essential cog in the machine of work for which you are defined. Fact is, these are also the machinations of laissez-faire (cliché) society; perhaps not (but so, to strict actuary) readily identifiable in its GNP, given the contagious malignance of corruption and nepotism. Thus, definitively identifiable in the outmoded characters and personalities of the American Cliché. Proving that the central theme amongst humanity (and the game) is and can be proven (limited in its definition) at the place where and empathetic belief or disbelief in slavery idiom is the religious/singular idiom of human nature; most specifically identifiable where diversity is limited to male/female social constructs.

Consider that all Americans, and all of humanity for that matter, could rationally be satisfied (and totally satisfies) by a bipolar ideal of belonging…more so than the typical subjects of satisfaction (success, materialism, sexual prowess.) If the very limitations of such a consideration where defined as natural philosophy, then it would follow quite naturally that, at some point in time far into the past there were much simpler versions of woman and man that could only want for “female nature” and “male nature,” but as is the course in economy…the supply of these demands “dried up” for lack of a more transmogrifying term. Thought was wholly basic and so there was almost no need for contradiction…I can only imagine how much time it actually took the first human being to realize that he/she had been contradicted – probably a whole day, or more. But as humanity grew into civilizations with needs for compartmentalization, governance and moral order; so grew the diversifying need for discrimination. Such that squares would no longer be confused with circles…and grey’s with green’s…and of course War with Peace! It is the common expectation that most preferences were determined by sex primacy and everything else kinda’ – sorta’ just falls into place thereafter by some order of “natural selection” process. But in actuality same-sex contradiction is a more primal instinct than agreeable predilection, and thus, discrimination. At some point in America’s reality, I am sure that everyone was thoroughly convinced that every “natural inclination” and every sort of bias could be cut right down the line of race. But as long as a problem is only periodically soluble and not generationally universal, well there is no true line of demarcation, except for what you can see. Judgment based on the refraction of light as opposed to the measured observation of circumstantial behavior seems the social definition of a Physicist as opposed to that of a President. As such, I am dutifully obliged to redefine the order of this contradiction…as it seems any further abuses of primacy just might undo the very definition of Progress; its Liberty and Autonomy!
Whereas it was once said that Black Americans were contradicted by progress and White Americans were contradicted by reciprocity; as to be Black during the Civil Rights era meant to struggle for the rights of franchise and utility…and then some – and to be White then meant to adopt to or away from a disavowing sense of false valor that in all its burgeoning subjectivity was only meant to further matriculate the concept of white supremacy among whites only…truly laissez! I hereby postulate that the only true and simultaneous applications for the dichotomy of contradiction’s resolve are, have been and always shall be: Whereas it is true that the black letters of script and there combinations are innumerable and the white pages of content are racemose and somewhat vacant, together their letters and essence form an epitome…a dichotomy both universal and unilateral.
I wish I could merely say, “I don’t understand the name-calling and character assassination of political partisanship,” and all of the gossip and rumors relative to heinous personal ethics would be left beneath the reach of relevance, but every moment that creates a scandal is the prey of the entire third estate which means that true constitutionality is terribly limited.
And so now, the detestable personalities of illicit immorality and gross-illegal discrimination limited, let the specifics of the last actions of House and Senate be made thin against the obvious contradiction of American Morality – although it seemed obvious that the major Republican objection to H.R. 3590’s passage was “its Damned length.” Consider 1) the $787 billion stimulus 2) the Jobs bill 3) the Health Care Reform bill and 4) the Local Jobs for America proposal. In short, all these items seem designed specifically to “drop the bottom” out of the American Welfare system with no ladders for the countless millions who rely on their benefit – as if to reassign the ¿duty of genocide? to Taxation and War. And although there be, not an honest American left, I feel that it is appropriate to mention faith in terms of its promise…which is its difficult portent. I am faithful that although Barak Obama plausibly represents a modern stereotype – perhaps amending the old “brown paper bag” rule of Jim Crow into a “green on the spot” rule of implicit immorality under guise – there is some sense of responsibility to the creed of equal justice under the law that will not allow an ignoramus with a gang of necrophiliacs in tow to run amok the only portion of AMerican economy that provides for safeguard against Totalitarian Failure. I know that the temperament of Washington Political Media Insiders is all set to condemn any further harassment of our good constituents and contingencies…but I’m starting to get the feeling that the current lackadaisical atmosphere “on the Hill” is strictly pedantic and anti-academic. Has the new health care bill’s well publicized “extension of relative-coverage timetables” – which should not be taken as a simplification to the college graduate– truly become the propaganda thread of universality? Have the French/French Canadians somehow become a perfect model for the “Catch and Release” health care policies that will now allow the government to write checks bigger than just the debts of national expenditure. Besides Universal Healthcare dying with Ted Kennedy – the House Committee on Education, Labor and Pension promises seem only, ‘to limit essential reforms according to America’s ‘good ol’ nepostim’ hierarchy.” What difference does it make if my carrier is Aetna, or MetLife or United Healthcare…if the government is still sponsoring catch and release backroom dealing with just names and numbers to fill the profile. What difference indeed if the HealthCare industry as a whole is the stalwart devotee of gross, illicit and illegal discrimination the likes of which could be described as coercive intimidation; or terrorization. A fear similar to what the average out of work professional or 2.2+ college graduate should feel; BIAS! The American Utilitarian Conscription is not welfare’s clarion call, nor am I its chief executive; but I happen to have experience teaching to inner-city youths and to economically disadvantaged youths and I know what they are and are not capable of discerning. I’m cognizant of what the disparities amongst incomes, race and demographics behold. But what is so heinous is what the Office of the American President hopes to take advantage of. The fact that young people in an inner city classroom are capable of expressing the impetus of hope and trust in front of the nation’s next, and first, “African-American” President, is not a call to harangue from their little fingers the ability to “live and work freely” under guise of some “Local Jobs for America” bourgeoisie-libertarian attack upon AMerican Welfare! And the rural problem is similarly a problem of re-employability, not of employability which I assume LJfA hopes to address as its present cover is scant and devoid and its impetus should require the examination of the Urban League, ACLU, NAACP, the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights and our own Justice Department and its Attorney(s)General. In case you didn’t know; nearly 100% of citizens on welfare are underserved by its poor design, insufficient dispense and inability to inspire purpose and work ethic and truth – “How’s that for percentile’s Mr. President.” And simultaneously, the Senate and House are composed of some 400+ members who also do benefit from tax-incurred State Assistance but face less democratic and thus less sadistic means of dissolution. So obviously, a ¿more recalcitrant? method is due…but to elect the nations “first African-American President” only to usher permanent and deceptive steps of “eminent domain” is indeed a modern genocide. I know that most citizens would prefer to assume that these “shocking details” are just the clarions of “momentous change,” deriding any and all calls to action as these details are “working themselves out” as we sit at our respective desks. Well if so, then let us search out the nearest offices of realty and surety and register our judgments. Because I assure you that none such as blind assurance is now, shall be, or ever has been a party to eminence. Perhaps it is a fear of being associated with the needy or the need to feel “more in the know” or even a recent, and now prior or even surreptitious commitment, to some sort of tea-setting agenda that has you in denial the undeniable need of a plain-faced, non-fascist, grassroots American Pogram. Perhaps it is the staunch, almost desperate need to work quietly – or maybe some other previous fears, like the fear of computers. The labor conscription is the one and only amenable legislation to alleviate the current trends against Universality in the American dichotomy. The truth of it is in the AMerican language and without it, we are truly taking on a modernized “Wrath of Contradiction!” The details of this next saga of American history are correlative and specific to the definitions of Illegal Discrimination in AMerica. The prologue from the forthcoming book Onomatopoeia: An Indictment Against the Rationale of Illegal Discrimination will spell these details out with a historical specificity that will leave America’s policy of antipathetic propaganda and personalized antagonism writhing in dissolution; forcing a redress of our religious ethics directives.
