CYNTHIA MCKINNEY & ROSA CLEMENTE '08

Dear Political Friends,
For those citizens willing and able to represent the AUC in its grassroots efforts, their is a new initiative.
The AUC is written with the decentralization of Corporate Wealth out of the hands of Corporate Pirates and
into the hands of the middle and lower class citizen by means of government regulation. It is the type of
Executive Order that, if signed and regulated, would facilitate the regulation and funding structure necessary to
address the need of buildings repair and reconstruction by a public civilian labor organization. It also suggests
the reconstruction of government in the Department of the Interior such as to regulate and sterilize corporate
involvement as a means of insolvency.

The AUC has acquired three Green Party campaign(http://www.votetruth08.com/) initiative request id numbers. All
individuals and organizations interested in the Executive Order of the AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION as;
1) a foundation of corporate decentralization and 2) the changed entitlement of community based economics;
are urged to use the following numbers:
[greenit 2519] AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION
[greenit 2521] AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION
[greenit 2522] AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION
[greenit 2523] AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION
to express your support for the AUC as a primary Executive Order for 2009. Please be sure to include one of these in the subject column of your emails. Please limit your comments to the specific entitlements of the AUC in its current format. Any concerns regarding indictments of corporate officers responsible for the $700+ billion tax levy should be made under separate cover...

Bailout Coverage & the Domestic Policy Debate

(AUC seq)
The details of the Bailout Plan have not yet been made clear enough! I have a skeleton to a policy that would enable a Reconstruction of inner-city building degradation and other forms of economic "depressants" in the name of AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION. I have attached its cover and I do believe it would serve as the most stimulating debate topic in the last debate, which as I understand is focused around Domestic Policy.
(AUC seq)

The very few publicized details to the economic reform proffered by the 2008 US Federal ($700 Billion) Bailout seem limited to the inclusion of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and Fed implemented and controlled interest rates 'policies' (from the 9/29 plan) and "new assistance for unemployed workers, as well as a new $1,000 tax deduction for homeowners who don't itemize deductions," (from the 10/1 plan - as cited from WSJ p.A6 10/1). The AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION is a plan that could eliminate over $70 billion in debt in the first two quarters of the 2009 fiscal year. by purchasing building materials at cash prices from US government Resource & Building Material subsidiaries (such as US Steel) at firm minimums ($20-70 billion) we can eliminate the 'bank debt problem' at the programs institution! Where is the budget breakdown of the program? Is there already $200-500 Billion allocated into programs that do not accrue (and abuse) immediate interest rate (amendments)?! These are questions that must be answered immediately! The coming Domestic Policy Presidential Nominee's Debate is a perfect opportunity to hear the candidates detail their problem solving plans with respect to using the Fed as the tool of amendment. The AMERICAN UTILITARIAN CONSCRIPTION is the perfect plan to swallow any potential special interest hidden costs of the bailout. Here are the feedback links to the major networks. Let them know that you are a citizen who insists on being informed and involved! Feel free to paste the statement(AUC seq) and any additional portion of the message which you think expresses your concern of the Fed Economic Bailout's necessary responsibility to Domestic Policy.
