the bogey of recession

Depression, Rupture, Bailout, Bail-In, Stimulus, Fissure and Policy: The Terms of Recession
By now it is certainly clear that recession to the economic state is nothing new, as a matter of fact as an incident it is more often planned for than denied about. It is also, as opposed to being the disastrous curse that is “depression,” a safe-word and a necessary preemption as fiscal fiascos go – of course all of this is relative to experience, meaning that people react according to their needs and personal expectations. Of all the current journalism attempting to etch the place of recession into typical “American Modal Personalities,” there has been no coverage of how individuals not struck by the bad luck have managed such avoidance. In Oxford’s Compact Dictionary in reference to the word is the definitive demonstration “the bogey of recession,” where bogey(2) is defined as: 1 an evil or mischievous spirit 2 a cause of fear or alarm. And, as if discrimination were truly God, the history of such a practice in America is as exact as a derivative equation: Money = Futures/Debts…or…Futures/Debts+Charges.
Boon v. Boom: A Racialism of Semantics
What is not clear is an indication of “Racial Affect” upon the current economic state; recession. Quite frankly it is present in several places, and not merely from the political interpretations of the past year, but also from the specific fiascos surrounding the Republican Party that just won’t seem to go away. Consider the derivative effect of claiming such a circumstance as an apparent cause. Well, as often as Alan Keyes has vied for the Republican Party nomination, he has never ever come close to representing a conscious majority – in any political arena. And as a matter of majority, although he has much greater visibility and a more popular identity factor, Al Sharpton was moreso sending a message as well. So in terms of drawing a line of political realism beyond Brown v. Board of Education and The Voting Rights Act of 1965, there is only one truly direct tie, giving all due respect to the Shirley Chisolm campaign of 1972. Clearly the Jesse Jackson campaign is the closest that African-Americans came to electing a Democratic Party nominee, and it was a resounding statement even beyond the show of electoral population. As a matter of history, it was a greater show of transparency than the Obama election – as there was no publicized threat that the election of the nation’s first Black President would surely or necessarily capitulate America’s financial infrastructure.
Consider a history of Black Enterprises’ as “providing goods and services to black people vs. providing goods and services to all Americans,” and it becomes precisely clear the effect of forcefully driving the progressive characteristics of market sharing in America – a greater transparency of Industrialism there could not be. And to afford the greatest suggestion of political savvy respective to fiscal rule, these types of discrimination must be examined with the redress of repatriation in mind. Of course, paying regard to historical materialism, Racialism is not, has not been, nor shall it ever become a matter of just two races(or of two terms of race for that matter). However, just in the same manner that discrimination, as a term of judgment{and jurisprudence}, is typically and commonly favored against; indications of racialism of semantics are exactly the type of semiotics(signs) of a history of illegal discrimination. And so, just as it is intelligent to demand of a judge: discernment in place of discrimination – should you be claiming your worth; it is also intelligent that the judge demand: discrimination in place of (racial)prejudice – amongst a jury of peers. Otherwise, a more homicidally denigrating state of hypocrisy…we could not imagine.
Al Fine {Jim Crow supersede}Given a quite deliberate consideration, the American Utilitarian Conscription(in its current form) is a compact of socioeconomic redress, particular to the forecast of American Debt. Although it is not by any of its progressive and forthcoming entitlements a policy of Ethnocentric Reparations, it is a policy of general-vocational economic reparations due the current terms of stimulus; and of socioeconomic redress specific to repatriation: in terms of Education, Labor, Eminent Domain, etc.
What the AUC shall not be is an additional excuse to patronize fiscal instability. It is no call for rescue by faith based initiatives, regardless of the (2000? years old) universally acknowledged humane instinct towards specific order, or of cultural compunction towards reckless abandon.
Given its entitlements it is legal redress of Repatriation applicable to a broad period due the essential boom to historical materialism from post Civil War Reconstruction to the *Selective Service enacted Viet Nam War. Given the deft action of its objective purpose it is greater potential to shape a successful cohesive reliance of vocational and academic sciences under utilitarian terms of Labor and Treasury.
Finally, the reference to Jim Crow is in no way meant to express a modern commentary but is meant as a warning against the discrimination politics that surround the American Industrial Revolution – respective of the current recession controversy.

*The listing of entitlement 10 USCS §§516, 519 is meant to make use of the loose construction of enlistment as made available by the repeal of the Selective Service Act. It is quite the opposite of a vote of confidence in the name of the repealed Act but rather a bulwark against its objective recommission.

CAMDEN'S GUN PROBLEM

As I've been paying careful observation to this week’s news coverage, I think it important to identify a few very relevant stories as pertains to the American Utilitarian Conscription. The first of these is the Bloomberg Report which stated that the nation’s 2008 population of millionaires has dropped by 15%, a percentage that drops the total increase over the previous two years. This is actually more a definition of minor acumen relative to American Capitalism as the nature of the derivative market is to convince each purveyor that they will make a million and thus be counted amongst the millionaires, in due course. As a matter of reporting, this detail has been(and shall continually be) written off as market fluctuation.

The second of these is the ongoing controversy of a “Universal Health Care” system. Purportedly a straight and narrow path to general rules and whole-scale coverage, it is more definitively the preexisting hierarchy of all health insurance providers arranged in such a manner as to color code premium service: Medicaid & Medicare, and then United followed by the preexisting hierarchy of higher premium services. The oddity is that while the welfare system is the one most likely to take the blame for recessed tax expenditure(which is actually not even close to the truth), it is actually the premium service providers who initially had problems paying their practice bills because the company’s where only charging enough to fill their budget trough on “general practice fees” – but every time some special service is needed(which is most frequent amongst ‘upper-middle-class’) , their expenditures become more and more derivative. I sat listening intently to the ABC Health Care Prescription that aired Wednesday night. I saw a few familiar faces, I recognized the genuine reticence from the newscasters on hand, and I listened to every single story shared; but I did not hear one single entitlement shared by the President, just the usual(and now standard) Affect Identification Pattern – that is totally unacceptable! Not to mention the iconoclasm of Constitution that is all too often, and for some 172 years now, habitually associated with the American Presidency. I can respect the charge that inner-city doctors are overbooked(just as inner-city teachers are over rostered), it is the problem of “the means of proprietous inclusion.” But I can also recall many unnecessary trips to the doctor, and several occasions in which the doctor’s care was far off base from the problem at hand! Is this the method by which the general practice fee is meant to be levied? I challenge each of you to evaluate the quality of medical practice in your neighborhoods – especially those of you bound to inner-city care, as it is the place where general practice is most dispassionately overwhelmed.

Thirdly, I was struck by the relevance of a recent work of documentary journalism that reveals the grimacing reality of gun violence in Camden, New Jersey – the city by which objective entitlement of the American Utilitarian Conscription is written. Whether or not you live in an area plagued by fatality, I think it a common consensus that humanity is most true when all children are allowed to mature into independence as a contract of life and not of death. If ever, in any society, illegal gun possession has become the critical icon of self-control, then it is viable that a renegotiation of Independence is the current obligation of that society’s democratic governance.
The recent current.tv exposé “Fully Automatic America” shows in explicit detail the volume and frequency with which Camden city collects and combats illegal firearms. This piece should be counted as essential in exposing the impropriety that has led to our current dilemma – a labor conscription title to combat failure and illegal discrimination within the American structure of Education and Labor. I urge each of you to watch this video to familiarize yourself with the immediacy and the shade cast by this effective epidemic of violence and threats of violence. Do not wrongfully confuse the clandestine repertoire of America’s current political scheme with universal success. I am proud of our civil accomplishments by the preponderance of democratic eloquence, but this is the entitlement to be ushered that we may further ratiocinate Due Process, Equal Protection, and Sovereignty of Constitutions.

PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE

Wondering whether the majority of Americans are glad that the political tumult in Pakistan is not a matter of US military support is a tough gesture given the milieu following a questionable election. It is tough to satisfy a majority contingent, and as those of us watching the past weeks news coverage clearly see, it was within the manner of one speech that the spin was totally reversed – irrespective of American media spin. What specifically is the context of the sociopolitical/socio-religious turmoil within Pakistan and where exactly does President Ahmedenijad’s failure to deliver on political promises lie with respect to a religious chaos? What is the historical play between he and Musavi and will it materialize further in the near future? These are questions that are immediate to military presence. Surely a people capable of such immediate and staunch political action must surely be capable of deliberately formal amnesty plans. The problem seems to be that differences are most celebrated during the time of election, but what of exacting formality throughout the political term. As similar as the current Iranian debacle is to our election of 2004(tractably so), quite ironically, the American election of 2008 may likely go down in history as the most orthodox, or conventional, contradiction of political personalities. Why?
Although Obama – who is much younger(than McCain who served in the Vietnam War), more progressive(than McCain whose most conservative attribute is that he is duty-bound to supporting the American military concept), and is totally destined to become an American historical icon(compared to McCain whose current image is all but invisible thanks to a covertly ranting Dick Cheney and the American Gung-Ho-ism that was the true sickness of pro-Vietnam War politics) – does represent the indomitable spirit of a soothing revolution and is likely the political checkmate to Violent Imperialism, he and McCain did seem(if not for one day) to share…a similar temperament .
And so what does it mean to Musavi supporters to have a head of state whose core political ethic(religious freedom aside) is exactly the opposite of their own principal? Well that is quite apparent, but what has not been said is that there are likely far less superfluous methods of dealing Ahmadinijad a bogus rap. For instance, what if an unconfirmed story was picked up describing he and Musavi as rivals from way back in their elementary school days(as there is no contemporaneous gap)? Then the case could be made that Ahmadinijad has always beaten Musavi…at everything(soccer and video games included). Or that Musavi’s candidacy was the result of an historic write-in coincidence deserving of world recognition. Because I have not heard the case made that Musavi represents an underrepresented socio-politic – only that he has somewhere near 50% support; which is no longer an oddity by media standards. What about Iran’s poor people? And what about the formal protest beyond the election – what will that entail? Ultimately, a current democracy with a religious superior must be portrayed with more historical details with respect to politics and more intimacies with respect to social class in order to avoid being an ostensibly unwarranted or ostentatiously transient instigation. http://current.com/items/89438469_americas-secret-war.htm
I could never dream of suggesting that the American Army be withdrawn from expressing U.S. and U.N International sanction(s). But I could suggest that American soldiers would make great teachers, in part, in the U.S., in a program designed to reconstruct the American economic makeup beginning with high school non-graduates. Perhaps even better than they can stop(or prevent) the bullets of revolution!

SEVENTEEN VERSUS SEVEN

SEVENTEEN VERSUS SEVEN
The revelation of President Obama’s appointment of Supreme Court Justice – Elect Sonia Sotomayor is her superseding total of Federal Court terms (seventeen years), as versus the sum of Justices Scalia, Thomas and Roberts (7 total at time of appointment). The associated pre-sentiment must be with respect to rigour’s effect upon competency – by far the citizen’s political expectation but a general malapropism of assumption. But this contradiction, of numbers, does indicate the current political reality of America’s Democratic constituency; younger, harder working and thus fiscally conservative Democrats thwarting older, more reckless and often skirmish wasteful Republicans. As revealing as these facts may be, it seems less important to continue “figure-branding” a changing of the guard than it is to employ the mandates that will liquidate and transcend the current recession.
The examples, beyond previous deficient and taciturn malapropisms of utility, are of former definitions no longer functional within the scope of American Democracy. Socialism, for instance, is no longer capable of political distinction, nor of political idiosyncrasy in its current quasi-definite state. Clearly the anti-Civil Rights, anti-Civil Liberties hatred of the 20th Century has grown old and must be put to rest by new, non-derivative terminology representative of resistance to change. And so the social responsibility of our American government is now more apparent than ever: To generate financial securities through its citizens first and through its corporations later!
THIS IS NOT A MOTTO PRO TAXATION!
The current fight amongst government and corporate feasibilities of payscale and term agreement is now the greatest parallel to our Welfare-Minimum Wage-Lower/Middle Class paygrade definitions.

The American Utilitarian Conscription represents socio-political definition and entitlement specific to American Democracy.
American Utilitarianism is non-derivative and is specific to the American Utilitarian Conscription title.
American socialism is not a political movement but a method of entryism within America’s Social Reality.

UTILITY AND CAPITAL

Reading through the May 6th issue of The New Republic I focused upon the article Nudge-ocracy: Barack Obama’s new theory of the state, as their seemed to be some causal reference to utilitarianism. What became more important than hunting the ambiguous minutiae, was resolving the tone and intent of the references. This recognition has made me aware of one detail crucial to the multiplication of some brief understanding of the fundamental relationship between utilitarianism and capitalism. That is, the merits of resolving a vast worth gap between commoditized capitalism and derivative capitalism must remand not only legislative decree but also a unanimously brief legal tender. And there is no exception but to compare the two for infinite deviations. As such, I wondered what method would be best suited for evaluating the two references versus the minutiae. Should I read every word of the bland article, pretending to have heard or read every one of its ambiguous citations, should I force my intellect to become extremely interested and look up even the mundane reference, should I count the number of indentations and calculate mathematically the relationship of the reference to the whole. No.

Rather immediately, I decided to simply highlight the references to utility, skim the remaining references, calculate mathematically how many of those were specifically relevant versus mundane, and then come back to it later because I’d nearly fallen asleep on the first page. After several days of referring to the articles generalis – the method by which our American media perpetrates bland intellect via gross commercialism – I came to the conclusion that, save two covert references to utilitarianism, there were no actual valuable details regarding socioeconomics. It was a wanton echo of 27 months of brand-making; save the utilitarianism. The two references are as follows:

“Instead (of liberal market regulation), Obama has set out to synthesize the New Democratic faith in the utility of markets with the Old Democratic emphasis on reducing inequality. “ (p. 22)

“Perhaps the easiest place to see it (Obama’s ideology) is in the administration’s fondness for behavioral economics, the branch of the dismal science that recognizes that humans aren’t utility-maximizing automatons, but flawed creatures who often screw up simple calculations and struggle with self-control.” (p. 24)

The summary statement is simple, utility and workforce should be the tool of corporations and government but not of the individual. This is a direct and vicious assault upon Independence and its byproduct is a sadistically addictive type of codependence that ignores mutuality[commodity] and reciprocity[exchange], which are the undeniable coefficients of market[commerce]; these in trade for hunger, in-obstinate greed and compliments.

Utilitarianism is now more than ever the term definitive of what is right and what is wrong with socioeconomics, of what (or who) is working and what (and whom) needs fixing – and by what means. But utilitarianism is also dependent upon the will of the people, in majority. Utilitarianism is not a type of government but is a principle of economics; and American Capitalism, now in its third to fifth generational derivative, could always benefit in equity from its inclusion.

Economics is the administrative hinge of War and Peace, and so economics must be the president’s function of resolving American state governance amidst the most spastic transition in the history of the presidency. Behavioral Economics, I must assume, is vastly non-uniform as want is common and ability is not. But necessity is also uniform and utility is its common suit.

THE 2010 BUDGET

POST DATE:3/19/09

2010
An ecumenical analysis of the reference numbers from key annals of the United States Codes of Constitutional Law produces a quixotic sequence of American currency, “capital relativity” by what we have now come to know as “the State and Foreign entities in need of Economic Stimulus.” Specifically the representations of Title 29 – Labor; Title 15 – Commerce and Trade; and Title 10 – Armed Forces, upon a stared decision, shall bring about a shocking version of irony. The degree of shock at the relationship of current events and the signatures of the §§2010 passage(s) is depending upon your “educational relativity” and your current economic status (w/ or w/o the stimulus). To say that there is never an actualization of transparency in any regime of American government (just as fair a statement upon foreign counterparts) is the bittersweet truth of any hierarchical government. For as long as there is someone who is smarter than you or a person in a position of power greater than your own, there is a range of problems between you two and your respective groups that are constantly your correspondent responsibility – typically ranging from contradiction and antagonism to antagonism and crime. I guess such a problem is just as ironically complex in reverse isn’t it – as long as someone else is “dumber” or less powerful there is also some required consideration of “distance”; no rushed assassination of character or redemption of failure necessary. I guess this is what most regimes mean when they talk about transparency in government – I guess the opposite is what other regimes mean when they say that they can’t divulge secret information, or they are “not at liberty!” I guess the median is what actually exists in majority – that is, that the reality of government and education and labor and military is, by law, typically well recorded right in your local library…and some 10 – 12 years in advance as well!

Here are the relevant details of the §§2010 entries according to the aforementioned United States Constitutional Entitlements:
Title 29 – Labor
The Dept. of Labor chapter (23) on Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification actually appears as section 2101-2109 – but as there are no current amendments between 2009 and 2101, it seems the likely section for a set of law amendments mandating utilitarian conscription as the preemption to loss of employment and economic recession.
Title 15 – Commerce and Trade
Section 2010, part of subchapter V of the chapter 46 within the entitlements of Commerce and Trade, is dedicated to Improving Automotive Efficiency – or so it was…the entire subchapter (2001-2019) was repealed on July 5, 1994 during the Clinton Administration. But for what purpose? Hopefully it is as a buffer to the repeal of America’s dogmatic shortcomings at Realpolitiks, and against the lobby to immunize corporate culpability as opposed to unifying the frays of internationalized democracy’s economic (albeit due care/process) shortcomings!
c.China’s Applejuice: Y4.W 36:109-113
Title 10 – Armed Forces
The 2010 section of Military entitlements is one of Contribution. A legal offering to pay, incrementally, the military expense of developing countries. Whether its purpose is to enable liberty (as in the unionization of Hawaii and Puerto Rico) or to enable guerilla warfare (as in every other nation of federalists, beginning with Cuba), the stolid fact is that it is both awfully mundane and totally past usefulness to a peaceful Democracy – as such it must be repealed in a manner such as is anticlimactic to the War Powers in debate. Those that rightfully should indict George Bush if justice is to represent a share equity! By any measure this laws exercise, as compared to the real exercise of individual civil liberties versus standard of income, is an inspiration to civil unrest – except, most poor Americans are convinced that they’re well represented by their “American-not-Third-World” status.
What should cause alarm is the fact that these “developing country” agreements are not trade filibusters; and also were authored during the close of the Reagan administration but were amended (Nov. 1997) such as to remand eleven years of unaccounted spending. And what is the certain economic signature of an audit 11 years past due? RECESSION! These are the same conditions by which a Senate Hearing on Energy Tax Issues was convened during the summer of 2000. Here is a brief excerpt from the opening statements of House committee chairman Sen. Orrin Hatch:
“Our dependency on foreign oil is clearly one of the most pressing economic and national security issues we face at this time. Many in attendance today will recall the energy crisis under President Jimmy Carter in 1978.
The oil embargo by Arab nations at that time brought us sky-rocketing gas prices and long lines in our local gas stations. Central to the crisis was our Nation’s dependency on foreignsources for 35% of our oil.
What is striking, though, is since the 1970’s, our dependency on foreign oil has increased sharply, from 35% to a whopping 56 percent. Every day, Americans spend $300 million on imported oil.” (Subcommittee on Taxation and IRS Oversight-US Senate Committee on Finance: Y4.F 49:S.Hrg. 106-711)

Even the almost daily disparities of the passed Economic Stimulus Bill – which was given daily coverage as the hardworking efforts to pare two versions – seemed to be an obvious shedding front of its $$largess$$, to the tune of $15-32 billion daily(in the tradition of trickle down Reaganomics). And so it is no wonder that, after $1.8 trillion in “Recovery” spending, media has us chomping over a $165 million(nearly one-thousandth of the total bill…but short) bit. {And by the way, I think We The People should prefer media coverage announcing arrest and indictment of all things and all attestee’s derivative, as it is clearly the scheme of dissipation.} Finally, in due time, the Auto Industry czar shall say “Enough! We can’t possibly spend this excessive amount on a daily basis, let alone spend it and hide it…we’re just not poor!” And as usual, the main “new tax cut” provision of the bill itself took a cut – the “Making Work Pay” tax cut was reduced to $400-800 to bring about a $29 billion tax reduction. The accusations of socialism in American Government are clearly the same tactic that was/is systematic in the Soviet Republic as a tactic of concealment of general obligation. Meanwhile, I personally am owed some $2.9 million from the State of New Jersey by my timely filing of the form N.J.S.A 20.10 (herein indicative of some record(s) of incriminating material evidence) against the state for its premeditated and harassing Illegal Discrimination against Constitution, Incorporation, Sovereignty and Due Process. But due a governing habit of improprietously directing judicious-type conspiracies which employ all local corporations under thumb – and we all know from the Chicago story how easily corporations are manipulated by say…a governor or banking czar – this claim can be magnified tenfold and still only preempt the financial remedy that the AUC constitutes. Now that this is the manner of claiming the reality of Human/Civil Rights proliferation in American Society; just what is it exactly that you are doing to justify the denial of general socioeconomic obligation and the exclusivity of an Upper-Middle class salary? What will it take to move the regimes of American Democracy beyond official laughing contests of the overpaid and finger-pointing contests of reformists? Perhaps the trillions of dollars spent will simply resurface as “loss” within the year. Then it can merely be tacked on the existing $8-9 trillion bill and then we’ll be forced, as was Reagan, as was Roosevelt, to institute new programs. By either circumstance we surely can not afford to be decimated by derivative!
If it is finally time (after some 200 years) for the U.S. Supreme Court to shift its opinion on military commissions abroad (the Guantanamo victory of Hamdan v. Rumsfeld) then it is surely time to shift perspectives of the imbalance of wage versus salary in the un-storied history of its free-market economy (and, judicially, the failures and improprieties of incorporating martial logic as the quiet liability of brutally Racist/Sexist policing). The American Utilitarian Conscription must become the term(s) and concept(s) to represent general constitutional redress: beyond efficacy and probability, over the terms of continuous recession, over the terms of capitalism and free-market, and over the socioeconomic solubility of bipartisanship!

CASH OR CREDIT CAPITAL GAINS

POST DATE:2/12/09

On November 22, 2008 during a symposium of the American Federalist Society, Republican appointed Supreme Court Justice Atonin Scalia was quoted as defining Democracy as “the process by which the will of the majority is given effect.” As well as this statement serves intelligence, it surely gains it strength by several and amendment-formed stipulations. After all, has their ever been one true and singular majority, ever, in the history of American – or any other continental – Democracy? Democratic majorities are always formed of stolid, yet various assemblies of citizens; no American President has ever run and won his campaign unopposed or unchallenged! Only by majority rule! The very concept of majority is in and of itself the maneuvered deconstruction of a Republic – an aggregate. The Republic has always been of constituents and the Democracy of governance – Thomas Jefferson himself (as well as his three successors) represented Democratic Republicans, why even the Emancipation Proclamation itself was signed under the hand of Republicanism; constituency rather than process. All of our modern concern has served to cheapen the quality of individual liberties – this is an obvious preemption to communicable unintelligibility…quasi indeed.
If America is to truly guild the ballast of democracy it must secure its correlative definition as “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness – against the wile(s) of illegal discrimination.” The diversification of American Citizenship is a great achievement but it has been primarily a representation of bipartisan exigency and, its majority rule is typically not lent to constitutional process but to constituency. To define and process individual and group discrimination(s) as illegal has historically been a minority concern of judicial economy and discrete mathematics – so to truly entitle an intuitive majority process means to proscribe a policy of greater equity, beyond taxation. The American Utilitarian Conscription is that policy in the terms that it mandates rudimentary correlation between Education, Labor and (a cash/credit fissure reformation of) Minimum Wage. This is not a proposal to increase the minimum labor wage (although a credit extension amendment would be necessary regarding laborers under the age of 18), but to place a minimum income mandate upon adult citizenship as a means of guaranteeing an inclusive equity system by securing our tax equity against predatory and discriminatory lending. Let’s look at the relative capital gains.
Here are the fiscal disparities between the $819B and $827 versions of the current stimulus package:
House Stimulus Bill Senate Stimulus Bill
Alt. Min. Tax fix $0 $70B
State Education aid $79B $39B
School Repairs $20B $0
Child Tax credit $18B $8B
Home Buyer Tax credit $3B $36B
Make car loan interest deductible $0 $11B

Additionally the Senate suggests spending $8B more than the House in funding health research, a disparity so suspicious that it forces to question the probability that some hidden lobby agenda (somewhere in the neighborhood $80 billion) is being fought over. Also the disparity of the car loan deductible could be a plan reserved for corporations rather than for citizen…it is surely cause for some investigation.

The most important fiscal consideration relative to the AUC is with respect to the “Making Work Pay” tax credit. This is the $500-1,000 commerce stimulus provision of this and last year’s stimulus package, which has already fallen short of shoring up employment woes. The total expenditure of this provision is $140 billion or “nearly 20% of the overall plan.” Given the typical nonsuccess percentage of even working programs – and furthermore, considering the risk of assigning economic redress of the current recession through the same (or similar) banking institutions that are the cause – “we the people” must find it within ourselves to demand a system that remedies American economic disparities by a series of processes originating at the ‘first level.’ A cash/credit investment of $1.5 trillion versus cash expenditures of $140 billion are not only due to be renewable on annuity, it also will cause a credit extension of historic proportions (in addition to requiring continuous federal monitoring of lending practices).
“Speak now or forever behold the trickledown!”
THE MINIMUM WAGE STANDARD OF INCOME IS WELL BELOW MARGIN!!!
THE STANDARD OF PAY GENDER GAP IS STILL AT 77%!!!
The short list of objective points of the American Utilitarian Conscription is still amendable as the philosophy of utility within governance is to address profusion in all of its’ many characteristics and moments! An increase of the standard of lower-middle class income and a credit mandate to the standard of pay of the minimum wage/underaged(<18) laborer are better long term investments against recession!

CAPITAL RELATIVITY

The tone of this post is meant to be EXTREMELY litigious. The current political temperament is coldly apprehensive as the passage of new and “first-time” legislation is sure to generate all variations of time-limited scrutiny. I prefer that the following information be perceived as timely and stated rather than opportunistic – as such its details will not be added to the contents of the AUC objective and authorization table but will remain fixed as the germ of a continuous prospectus, although existence of such upon passage of the legislation may remain as a temperate indemnity. The details are organized as follows:

METHOD
Any concerted effort to address economic instability in these United States is an effort at Reparations and redefinition of American Reconstruction. This is and shall remain a fixed reality of capitalist economics/politics as, beyond infinite racial/socio-cultural interests – regardless of relevance, the relevant history of base economy* is as the stolid force of government. The method by which the complexity of Capitalism is leavened is a Utilitarian Conscription that organizes national salary requirements that better reflect the education, personality and likeness of the citizen – a pay grade defined by age and years of service that is not necessarily supercede by singular certification.
These are the governing political vocations of the American Utilitarian Conscription. To apply the most longstanding redress to the American Recession with a prescribed pay scale in the same accord as the U.S. Military Enlisted Pay Chart.
Any correlation to the Civilian Conservation Corps of the President Roosevelt tenure must be limited, particularly as the CCC was a voluntary service aimed at generation/production and the AUC is to be a conscription renovation aimed at longstanding labor stimulus. The limited similarity should be with respect to encampment as the program’s amenity at the enlisted age is fair methods of labor independence/interdependence within a graduated paygrade.

OPINION
Political support in America – and in other Democracies – typically ranges from Appeal & Attraction to Relevance & Relativity. That is to say that; we all typically find ourselves supporting a few (or maybe more) sociopolitical objectives simultaneously, regardless of how closely connected we are to its origin, regardless of our complete knowledge of the objective, and even regardless of being able to guarantee the exact solution. But the thing of which I am most sure is that, regardless of political affinity or time limitations or even previous political affiliations – the election of America’s first African-American President has created a whole new interest and need for political information and governmental programs to represent soluble means of Democracy, Equality and Functionality. I am proud to say that the American Utilitarian Conscription owes its genesis to the specific date of President Barack Obama’s candidacy declaration, February 10, 2007. Its history and its detail extend far beyond that single day’s importance, but its passage would create another memory indelible to the real place of Democracy. And that is far more than any Appeal & Attraction could truly honor it. The greatest allure that could be solicited would be the signature of an AUC Executive Order by the nation’s first African-American President, a well-known activist for the politics of economic redevelopment in inner cities. And even then, it should be respected as a matter of Relevance & Relativity. But there is no intention to bound national opinion.

NUMBERS
In 1958, a numbers-shaking book, known as The Capitalist Manifesto was written as “a call to action {such that} make America the place where the Capitalist Revolution must first take place.” I am not sure whether a utilitarian conscription is theorized as the apex of such a revolution – whether it was apparent then or is only now irrefutable, is of much less significance than the common mathematics.
Another book of similar worth had cited a history of total world debt, by Robert R. Doane: The Measure of American Wealth, as follows:
Total world debt (in millions)
1500 A.D. $ 400
1600 1,000
1700 1,500
1800 8,000
1900 400,000
1929 700,000
also relevant is the total of capital claims in 1929: $285,499,000,000; of which $31,201,000,000 was Government debts, versus $33,659,000,000 Individual debt.
Although the specific GND of 2000 is strikingly disparate from these figures, one figure of interest does remain relative to 2008. That is the estimated cost of a U.S. Corporate Bailout - $700 Billion! The current U.S. gross national debt is functional at a whopping $9.8-10.6 trillion*! This portion of U.S. GND estimate is generally accurate over ten year periods and, more than seemingly, are only reported annually as a protocol. Nevertheless, these are the figures of open record. As such an equation of solubility is as follows:
1) The total differential of the GND fixed by the prorated 2008 recess is $1.5 trillion.
2) A yearly $700 billion economic stimulus over a ten-year span is a $7 trillion debt
3) In addition to the normal recessed capital expenditure is the total differential, making a total GND of $8.5 trillion.
4) Investing the $1.5 trillion debt variation into an interest-bearing fund (the budgetary entitlement of the AUC) would create a constant debt variability of nearly -100% over ten and twenty year spans of time. An insurance primed by the comparative 13% reduction of base enlisted pay-grade ($32,328–military chart v. $18,000*–utilitarian chart)

One last statistic of merit is with respect to an element of the calculus of capitalism, i.e. Inventory.
Results from the Committee on Costs of Medical Care
Actual number in 1930 Number needed to provide
full service for all Americans
Physicians 144,000 174,000
Dentists 68,000 219,000
Nurses-visiting 19,000 54,000
Nurses-hospital 118,000 216,000
& home
Hospital Beds 956,000 1,422,000

The definitions of reasonable care of medical service are never best portrayed by statistics, and even in the presence of new facility, personal judgment is a necessary indicator. Yet, an even better measure than statistics is efficiency – i.e., a complete characteristics definition of the facility and service as a whole, from construction to customer service.

THESE DETAILS IN SUMMARY REPRESENT A JUSTIFICATION OF EXPEDITED BUDGET DISCLOSURE OF BOTH PORTIONS OF THE $700 BILLION CASH STIMULUS. THE DETAILS AND OBJECTIVES OF REASONABLE CARE AND CIVIL/HUMAN RIGHTS IS UPON YOU AND YOUR INITIATIVE.

THE INAUGURATION OF BARACK OBAMA

As I sit observing and studying the inauguration of our 44th American President Barack Obama, I realize a focus point of Change in American History has occurred. It could be voiced as a moment of evolution, of revolution, and of revelation…of the mind, body and spirit of American Citizenship. But most of all, as one of Democracy; of its governing and legislative constituents, and of its place as the seminal momentum of World Politics.
The ballast of Democracy must be expected to take a fully loaded weight as an official government against illegal discrimination. And the entire weight has not been levied. Even after 40-50 years of Utilitarian Conscription there will still be the need for momentous points of change, as the gap relating equality to egalitarianism in socio-economic and socio-political terms is still deep. These equations are resolved specifically and steadily by the terms of Education and Labor. These current American recesses can be filled by an Executive Order of the American Utilitarian Conscription.

HOUSE COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION AND LABOR

"Utilitarianism at home is utilitarianism abroad…Utilitarianism abroad is utilitarianism at home."

This motto is a redundancy of moderation. In an economy where reparation to the maladaptations of privatized impropriety (in company and commerce) has become the component solution of per capita tax dissolution, the greatest Executive statement of transparency is one of programmatic palpability that may allocate reparation and stimulus. The American Utilitarian Conscription is that program!

OBJECTIVE POINTS:

Draft labor source equates financial stability as a result of: 1) bulk wealth redistribution in graduated salary pro forma, and 2) subsequent reorganization of the Federal Reserve Bank pro rata, redefining deficit characteristics.

Creates offensive failsafe against lending based recession in cash/collateral-lending based markets, and against commodities based recession stressors.

Eliminates affective usage of commodities markers as market stimulus.

Introduce renewable commodities capital in the mortgage marketplace and prevents hasty non-rated CDO mortgage sell-offs with Graduated Mortgage Voucher Program.

Facilitate a U.S. market dual categorization of steel-based commodities (Construction & Building Materials) and (Basic Resource) in bulk limit.

Facilitate more progressive U.S. Welfare transition programs and more progressive monitoring against the illegalities and clemencies of Workplace Discrimination.

AUTHORIZATION POINT AND RESTRICTION:

The draft point of the American Utilitarian Conscription is specific to the American labor force and is restricted as such. The AUC is precise as the ideological reformation and renovation of American Conscription as a military bulwark. As the original Selective Service Act enabled the bulwark of the American Republic concept of National Security well into the 20th Century – the enactment of the American Utilitarian Conscription here in the prescience of the 21st Century will impress a culmination of American Democracy by issuing ballast to national and international clemency.
