HOUSE COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION AND LABOR

"Utilitarianism at home is utilitarianism abroad…Utilitarianism abroad is utilitarianism at home."

This motto is a redundancy of moderation. In an economy where reparation to the maladaptations of privatized impropriety (in company and commerce) has become the component solution of per capita tax dissolution, the greatest Executive statement of transparency is one of programmatic palpability that may allocate reparation and stimulus. The American Utilitarian Conscription is that program!

OBJECTIVE POINTS:

Draft labor source equates financial stability as a result of: 1) bulk wealth redistribution in graduated salary pro forma, and 2) subsequent reorganization of the Federal Reserve Bank pro rata, redefining deficit characteristics.

Creates offensive failsafe against lending based recession in cash/collateral-lending based markets, and against commodities based recession stressors.

Eliminates affective usage of commodities markers as market stimulus.

Introduce renewable commodities capital in the mortgage marketplace and prevents hasty non-rated CDO mortgage sell-offs with Graduated Mortgage Voucher Program.

Facilitate a U.S. market dual categorization of steel-based commodities (Construction & Building Materials) and (Basic Resource) in bulk limit.

Facilitate more progressive U.S. Welfare transition programs and more progressive monitoring against the illegalities and clemencies of Workplace Discrimination.

AUTHORIZATION POINT AND RESTRICTION:

The draft point of the American Utilitarian Conscription is specific to the American labor force and is restricted as such. The AUC is precise as the ideological reformation and renovation of American Conscription as a military bulwark. As the original Selective Service Act enabled the bulwark of the American Republic concept of National Security well into the 20th Century – the enactment of the American Utilitarian Conscription here in the prescience of the 21st Century will impress a culmination of American Democracy by issuing ballast to national and international clemency.
