CCC

A comparative analysis of the George W. Bush presidency of 2000-2008 with the Jimmy Carter presidency of 1976-1980 is challenging. There are the obvious contradictions – Democrats versus Republicans, one term versus two terms, interchangeable economics versus munitions economics. But the similarities are what are more unsettling to the American Constitution and are more unnerving to the American Citizen constituency; Manipulation of War Powers, Degradation of the Executive Image, Departmental Misinformation as opposed to Transparent Conversion. These are the times in which special interest PAC’s and senate lobby unions thrive; feeding upon the limited will of pedestrian citizen intelligence fraying the 87%(<$250,000/year) majority by means of green-eyed competition. Of course, an indicted perpetrator of federal insider trading obstruction sets a great moniker. And of course, ‘We the People’ must demand as much.
But more importantly, we the people should favor “self-employment” when it comes to political ideology and political activism, by the method of rudimentary cooperation i.e. utilitarianism. Utilitarianism is so deeply implanted into the organization and social welfare of Human Governance that it is now, beyond construction, the essential ingredient inherent to progress. My inner-city neighborhood is in need of progressive reconstruction, and not just of its buildings and grounds but also of the curriculum and primacy of its system of education and of its effect and accountability of government – even more particularly of governmental entities. These are not conditions limited to Camden, NJ and so I know that there are other Americans concerned with making a contribution to a deliberate yet expedient solution.

(I)The proposal of the AUC is detailed as a comprehensive solution addressing the graduation rate problems of the public school system by providing the pre-conditionally organized workforce to address the reconstruction of the structural ruins of inner city design as follows:
1) By a method of conscription (obligatory enrollment) beginning at the age of high school seniors, the AUC is programmed to effect progress against the deficiencies of youth employment rates. The conscription method could extend ten years from the target age in order to provide a reduction of existing deficiencies, and a non-conscription (compulsory-compensatory) component should also extend the age range.
2) The chief application of the program is to Reconstruction – limited herein as the redress of American Recession(s) of Economy. The programs labor design is applied directly to the several compulsory components of Construction and Engineering, and in a graduated manner.
3) The administrative language of Selective Service could be optional, but is only construed herein as non-military.

(II)The further proposed detail of the AUC is a compensatory solution addressing the professional education needs of inner city youths as follows:
1) As the Production, Indispensable Services (Buildings & Grounds/Waste Management) and Healthcare professions are statistically less deprived and undiversified – their application is included but more strictly compensatory. Particularly relative to Production is the reconstruction of several facilities and as such should be considered a level assistance to the major(I) of the program.

The letters attached herein are concerned as ‘the address to politic’ and should be generally construed as democratic. Your concern is to employ the spin of political ideology that fits your province. Any positive spin is welcomed as corollary strategy to the policy; any and all negative spin should be directed primarily to the principal(s) of the AUC(http://www.AmericanUtiltarianConscription.blogspot.com) as is the legal order of the US Free Speech Amendment.

Thank you for your advanced concern,
Kwesi R.D. Stone
