President-Elect Barack Obama and Vice President-Elect Joe Biden met with the nation's governors over the issues of Recession and Economic Stimulus. The American Utilitarian Conscription is a bipartisan development that specifies programmatic redress to the Infrastructure, Employment Ideology and "Social Safety Net" concerns of State and National government. The AUC letters of the "Concerned Citizen Constituency" could not have been more timely. and forward a copy of the "Letter to Local Representatives" suggesting that the AUC be considered as an Executive Order addressing, dually, Economic Recession-Economic Stimulus and the projected withdrawal of Bush's "Operation Imminent Freedom".
